REDS
Cabernet Sauvignon $19.99 750 ml. This lightly oaken red starts and finishes a a more fruit forward merlot with a lighter body. 19 case release of 2009. Bottled 12/22/2010.
ELFS Winter Red. A cold climate hybrid grape blend that is finished as a semi- sweet. Serve room temp or chilled for a light drinking red. Will be re-released in Late March 2011.
Frontenac a local cold climate red that is from our estate and another local vineyard. One year in oak and released as a semi-dry red. This will be released in early April, 2011. The wine maker has decided to hold this first year growth in oak for an indefinite time frame.
WHITES
Riesling -$14.99 750 ml. We carry a dry, semidry and a semisweet. Each has it’s unique character and taste.
Gewurtztraminer -$12.99 750 ml. A unique semi version of this German and Finger Lakes wine. spicy, saucy and slightly sweet.
Cauga white -$14.99 an estate bottled white that was awarded bronze at the NY Wine and Food Classic in 2010. The 2009 sold out in three weeks. The 2010 is scheduled for release in early June. This will be an under 100 case release.
Vignoles -a fruity white with an abundant citrus nose is scheduled for a May release.
